The 9th Inauguration Ceremony

“It gives me great pleasure to congratulate the Student Society of Accounting and the new members of its cabinet on the occasion of its Inauguration Ceremony.

Since its establishment nine years ago, the Student Society of Accounting has been endeavored to offer opportunities for students to enhance their knowledge in accounting and the real business world as well as to bridge the gap between the University and the professional bodies. Apart from serving as platforms for students to share knowledge, to reach out, and to widen their horizons, I would be glad to see more of the Society’s role in cultivating a sense of belonging to OUHK among students and motivating its members to serve and contribute to the community with their professional knowledge in the coming year.

The year ahead may be full of challenges as you embark on this new venture. However, I believe the passion of your cabinet members would ignite your perseverance to overcome the obstacles and drive the Society to another new height. Taking this opportunity, I wish all of you an extraordinary and successful experience in this coming year which will definitely bring fond memories for years to come.”
